Another local restaurant has stepped forward to join Freddie’s in offering a deal for those left holding Bel Air Crackpot Restaurant gift cards rendered useless when the restaurant closed its doors last month. Clarence’s Taste of New Orleans Restaurant, 2131 Old Edgewood Road, will accept Bel Air Crackpot Gift Cards through the end of March in return for 20% off the total dining bill, according to an e-mail the restaurant sent to the 650 people on its e-mail list and to BANV today. The e-mail read:
“We hope you will continue to support independent non-chain restaurants in Harford County. We’re now in our third year, so come and join our other loyal customers. Simply turn in your gift card and enjoy a fantastic freshly prepared dinner by Chef Clarence at a 20% discount. Offer valid until March 31, 2008.”
The number at Clarence’s is 410-612-0700. And the e-mail says they’ll have live music on March 8th.
