No Kohl’s in Forest Hill Committee schedules another community meeting


    The No Kohl’s in Forest Hill group asked me to post this flyer they’re circulating about another community meeting they’ve scheduled for July 8. The last Development Advisory Committee meeting held on the Klein’s family’s plan to put a Kohl’s Department store on the 10.5 acre parcel they own at the entrance to the Forest Lakes housing development saw a lot of discussion from upset Forest Lakes residents. But it didn’t result in any changes to the developer’s plan. The residents who don’t want the department store at the site and who held weekly protest rallies back in April have decided to hold another community meeting on the issue.
