Four Harford County volunteer fire stations are being opened to shelter local residents who have lost power, according to the county’s website. Call the Harford County Information Line at 410-838-5800 for the address of these stations. The county’s  webpage says 8,400 people in Harford County have lost power so far in this storm that is expected to dump 11 inches of snow on top of the 25 that fell earlier this week. Six inch snow drifts and white out conditions are likely — well more than likely. I’m looking out my window into a whiteout condition as I type.
