The Harford County Library just sent me this information on their Winds & Words of War exhibit that opened this past Saturday. The collection of 40 framed original posters, prints and lithographs has not been seen by the public since 1933. You can see it them exhibited at the library’s Bel Air and Jarrettsville branches through May 31. Hours are
Monday, Friday and Saturdays from 10 am – 5 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 1 pm to 8 pm. The exhibit is free and open to the public and guided group tours are available upon request.
The library has designed activities for children and resources for teachers who might want to use the exhibit as a learning tool for their students. Click here for details: http://www.hcplonline.info/windsandwordsofwar/
