Bel Air Festival of the Arts comes to Shamrock Park this Sunday
One of my favorite festivals is coming up this Sunday: The Bel Air Festival of the Arts. Most of the art on my walls has come from this festival, which features fine artists from throughout the region and plenty of local crafters and artisans. The festival is sponsored by the Bel Air Recreation Committee and is to be held 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19 in Shamrock Park.
