Bingo Bonanza in the C. Milton Wright High School cafeteria, Friday, Oct. 8. Doors open at 6 p.m. Bingo starts at 7 p.m. Mix 106.5 DJ Sarah Jacobs will be calling the bingo and Bonanza Basket prizes include gym memberships, spa packages, restaurant gift cards and offerings from Vera Bradley, Pampered Chef and Longaberger. New England Style Bull Roast
Harford County Foster/Adoptive Parent Association New England Style Bull Roast at the Bel Air Armory, 37 N. Main St., 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9. Tickets are $45 each or $350 for a table of 10. Event will include a raffle for two tickets to the Ravens vs. Steelers game (in Baltimore) on December 5th. The menu includes pit beef, pit ham, pit turkey, clam chowder, steamed mussels, sides, dessert, beer, and soda. Fresh Maine lobsters can also be purchased for an additional $10 each. Graw Days Festival
Havre de Grace welcomes back the third annual Graw Days Festival on October 9th. This Roaring 20’s street festival features more than 100 artists and craft vendors. Sidewalk sales, wheeled horse parade with prizes, pony rides, live music, food vendors and carriages rides. Some streets are closed to traffic.

Child Safety Fair
The Bel Air Police Department and the Bel Air Lions Club are offering a Child Safety Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9 behind the Bel Air Police Department in Shamrock Park. The event will include food, pony rides and face painting. Children can have an I.D. made complete with their fingerprints. This event is sponsored by Tiny Toes, Target, Home Depot and WBAL TV.
Bring your gently used books, DVDs and jigsaw puzzles to the Harford County Public Library‘s Bel Air branch from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9 for a sale that will take place Oct. 15 through Oct. 18.
Fallston Fire & Ambulance Co. Open House
Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company will have open house on Saturday, October 9th at the main station on Carrs Mill Road from 10 am til 3pm. Will have fire demonstrations and lots of departments on site (various fire and police from region.) Also, the company will be selling their delicious pit beef.
Colonial Craftsmen Weekend
Come see artisans, reenactors, a hands-on-history play camp for kids along with demonstrations and performances at Jerusalem Mill Village in the Gunpowder Falls State Park, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10. Sunday, Oct. 10
Dress like a Zombie and join the Zombie Walk starting this Sunday, Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. in front of Halloween Adventure in the Bel Air Town Center on the corner of Routes 1 and 24. The Zombie Walk will end in the same lot at 5 p.m. and a Zombie Feast will follow at Freddie’s on Boulton St. To participate, bring canned or factory-packaged dog or cat food to donate to the Humane Society.
Churchville Patriots Girls Softball car wash
The Churchville Patriots Girls Softball teams will be holding a car wash at Applebee’s in Bel Air (1225 Churchville Road) on Sunday, October 10th from 8am to 1pm. After all the rain we have had recently your car could use a bath!! Why not come out on Sunday 10/10/10 on your way to or from Church, breakfast, or while you are just out enjoying the sunny day that is expected, and our team will return your ride to a sparkly shine!! All funds raised will be used to offset costs and provide a quality softball program for our teams!!
Bay City Quartet Concert
The southern gospel group, Bay City Quartet, will perform a free concert at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 10 at the Bel Air Church of the Nazarene, 2430 Conowingo Road, Bel Air, MD 21015. The lead singer Jeff Wantz is a Harford County native who lives with his family in Bel Air. Bring your family to a day of fun at the 4th Annual Harford Fall Festival, Saturday, October 16th at the Equestrian Center (608 N. Tollgate Rd, Bel Air) from 10:00 – 5:00 – It’s an old-fashioned country fair that benefits several area non-profits that work with our neighbors in need – Harford Family House & FCCAU homeless shelters, Mason-Dixon Community Services, Habitat for Humanity and the emergency food pantry! No admission charge, but we ask that folks come and donate some non-perishable food for the pantries – and only $5.00 for a kid’s wristband and they can play all day on the inflatables and carnival games! There will also be a hay ride, pony ride, craft vendors, great food and live music and performances on 3 stages! Please don’t miss this event!
Bull and Oyster Roast Fundraiser for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation
Bull and Oyster Roast on October 23rd from 7-11pm at the Jarrettsville Gardens. There will be a silent auction, big 6 wheel and two tickets to the Jan. 2nd Ravens home game auctioned off. Tickets are $35 per person and all proceeds go to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Free Family Movie Night at The Arena Club
Free family movie night at The Arena Club on October 29th. Bring your friends and family, lawn chairs and blankets out to The Arena Club for a FREE Family Movie Night! Enjoy a showing of the classic movie, E.T. on our INDOOR field. The movie will start at 7:00 pm – the doors open at 6:15 pm. No outside food or beverages will be permitted, but concessions will be sold that night with proceeds benefitting The Coalition for a Healthy Maryland. This movie is open to the public – both club members and non members.
