Dramas, comedies and musicals coming to local high school stages this weekend

This weekend is a theatrical one for a number of area high schools. Starting Nov. 17, a variety of dramas, comedies and musicals are to be performed by students on local stages. Here are the details:

Bel Air Drama Company presents “Almost Maine” a play by John Cariani Nov. 18 and  ”Cash on Delivery” a comedy by Michael Cooney, Nov. 17 & 19 at Bel Air High School, 100 Heighe St. All performances start at 7 p.m.

C. Milton Wright High School’s performance group Stage Wright presents “Once Upon a Mattress”  at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 & 19 at the school, 1301 North Fountain Green Road.

Edgewood High School performs the audience interactive murder-mystery comedy by Billy St. John “Murder’s in the Air” Nov. 18 & 19 at the school, 2415 Willoughby Beach Road.

Joppatowne High School performs “Murder in the Wings,” a mystery-comedy by Pat Cook at 7 p.m. Nov. 17, 18 & 19 at the school, 555 Joppa Farm Road.

North Harford High School’s NHHS Players present “Oklahoma” at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 and at 2 p.m. Nov. 19 at the school, 211 Pylesville Road.
