The Humane Society of Harford County isn’t the only organization helping pets find homes. The volunteers who run the Bulldog Rescue Farm in Jarrettsville are also looking for homes for the bull breed dogs that are cared for in a network of foster homes. Their full list of bull dogs in need can be found at http://www.petfinder.com/pet-search?shelterid=MD134. This week they are featuring Brutus  . . .

Brutus

American Bulldog: An adoptable dog in Jarrettsville, MD

Large • Young • Male

Brutus is a big, lovable three year old who walks nicely on a leash and knows some basic commands like “sit” and “down.” He is currently in a foster home with another American bulldog and they get along just fine. Brutus plays with the children in the family, but is a big guy and needs to be reminded of his size from time to time. He’s very intelligent and considers himself a full fledged member of the family. Brutus enjoys sports and loves attention. If you would like to meet Brutus, please call Kim at 443-386-6170 and fill out the application at www.americanbulldogrescue.org. Your tax deductible donation of $400 will help cover the cost of his medical care.
