Bel Air News & Views sponsor Chip Schilling of Northern Chesapeake Insurance Services is collecting toys to donate to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program again this year. You can help him out by dropping off new, in-package toys for children ages 0-14 at his office at 134 Archer St. in Bel Air. The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The most difficult age groups to fill requests for are the ages 0-2 years and ages 11-14. Ideas for and details about donations are available on their website at http://www.toysfortots.org/.
Chip’s office is open to accept donations from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Mondays-Fridays through Dec. 15.
