Dog of the Week – JESSIE
Age: 8 years
Color: Black & White
Breed: Great Dane/Pit Bull Terrier Mix
Adoption Fee: $95
Look out, big girl coming through! This beautiful Great Dane/Pit Bull mix is Jessie, a big sweet girl with an even bigger heart. Jessie is 8 years old, but don’t let that fool you. This sweet pea still has lots of love and kisses to give. She is great with other dogs too and would love to find a home with a big yard and maybe another dog or two. Please stop in soon and take her out for a walk and maybe even take her to her new forever home!!
Cat of the Week – BAGEL
Age: 3 years
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Mix
Adoption Fee: $95
Meet Bagel, a three-year-old, solid black kitty who is eagerly searching for a fur-ever home. She was brought to the shelter as a homeless stray and has since been vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed so she’s all ready to go home with you! Bagel is great with other cats and is overall pretty easy going. She’s a petite kitty who loves playing as much as she loves being cuddled up with her favorite human. Stop by the Free Roam Room today to meet Bagel!
Small Critters of the Week – CHEERIO & FRUIT LOOP
Age: 4 months
Adoption Fee: $75 each
Cheerio and Fruit Loop would love to be adopted together into the same home, but it’s not a requirement. With regular, gentle handling, these 4-month-old boys will bond strongly with you. Chinchillas overheat easily and should be kept in a cool area. They keep their soft fur clean by taking a dust bath 2-3 times per week. If you’re interested in adopting one or both of them, we can help educate you about their care, or a book from the library is a great resource too!
