Bel Air Rotary Past President Debra S. Williams named Paul Harris Fellow

The Bel Air Rotary sent along the following news about its past president Debra S. Williams earning recognition for her leadership. Here are the details:

Debra S. Wiliams Named Paul Harris Fellow


The Bel Air Rotary named Deborah S. Williams with a Paul Harris Fellow at their year ‘Changing of the Guard’ meeting on June 25 at Maryland Golf and Country Club.  The Paul Harris Fellow is bestowed in exceptional cases for meritorious service in the furtherance of Rotary ideals and for support of the Rotary cause.  As the current past President of Bel Air Rotary, Debi was recognized for her long-term leadership and extensive efforts to support the non-profit community of Harford County.  She is a 2005 Athena Award winner and was also named as one of Maryland’s top 100 women in 2005, 2008, and 2010.

The Bel Rotary is an organization of business professionals whose main objective is community service.  The Bel Air Rotary Club gives back to the community  through generous projects that have benefited SARC, Harford Family House, Habitat for Humanity, Susquehanna Symphony, Salvation Army, and Welcome One Shelter, to name a few.  The organization also awards graduating high schools seniors with scholarship opportunities.  For more information about Bel Air Rotary please contact Patrice Ricciardi at 410-952-3374.  The group meets each Wednesday 12:00 p.m. at Maryland Golf and Country Club.  New members are encouraged to visit!
