St. Matthew Lutheran Church is hosting its third annual Christmas Festival of Lights at the church, 1200 Churchville Road in Bel Air. The display continues 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursdays and 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays through Saturday until Dec. 31. Guests are asked to bring a non-perishable food item or cash donation to support the church’s food pantry. The Maryland Conservatory of Music, the Town of Bel Air and the Harvey Phillips Foundation will present the eighth annual Merry Tuba Christmas 5 p.m. Dec. 20 at the Bel Air Armory, 37 N. Main St. The concert features local tuba and euphonium players of all ages and skill levels.
