The Bel Air Festival for the Arts comes to Shamrock Park this Sunday, Sept. 18. The 46th annual show will feature the artwork and craft of 350 artisans. It will be held rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the park on Hickory Avenue. (Click here for directions: http://www.belairfestival.com/directions.htm) The show is sponsored by the Bel Air Parks and Recreation program and proceeds from food sales at the event go to support the organization.
